Reading availability statuses

Available means the listing is treated as ready to quote.

Limited means the desk wants a conversation before promising a unit.

Incoming means the record is in the catalogue before it would leave a real yard.

Unavailable means the spec page stays for reference but should not be sold as in-hand.
